I had a wonderful experience with this therapy office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and caring. My therapist created a safe, comfortable environment where I felt heard, understood, and supported. They were attentive, compassionate, and provided valuable insights that helped me make meaningful progress. Scheduling was easy, the office was clean and calming, and every interaction was positive. Set an appt for 4pm on Thursday. I called the office twice to tell them the provider wasn’t logging on. In the second call she told me the provider had an emergency and can’t make the appt. Ok fine, stuff happens. They reschedule me for the next day at 11am. I’m logged on at 10:59 twiddling my thumbs for 15 minutes and then decide to call the office because again no provider has logged on. The lady says she’ll call me back. Now it’s 11:58, the hour has gone by and no call back or apology. Awful way to provide a service when the service wasn’t even provided to begin with.

I’ve seen numerous mental health care professionals in my personal life, and have encountered many in my professional life as a registered nurse. Yanysel Gonzalez Torres is the most thorough, genuinely compassionate, and patient-centered NP I have ever met. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience during my first appointment and finally feel as though I may be able to sort through what I’ve been going through and find the right care regimen for me. I have had the best journey with Dr. Yamile Castaneira. She is kind, patient, and listens with her whole heart. I would not be where I am today in my personal healing process if it were not for this Dr. she goes above and beyond to care for her patients and I will recommend her every time to anyone needing some behavioral guidance.

Dr Yamile Castaneira is wonderful, I have been with her for almost two years now and she is so easy to talk to, and knowledgeable in her field. I feel like I'm talking to a friend when I'm with her, and she is always quick to respond when I need.
